(1/2) /2x-5/ -3 >= 9
Multiply thru by 2 to get:
|2x-5| - 6 >= 18
|2x-5| >= 24
2x-5 <= -24 or 2x-5 >= 29
2x <= -19 or 2x >= 34
x <= -19/2 or x >= 17
