The x's are going up by 1 and f(x) goes up by 2. This means that part of the rule will be
f(x)=2x
Test this rule against the numbers in your table.
If x=2 then 2x=4 but f(x) = 7 which is 3 more than the current part of the rule gives so change the rule to
f(x)=2x+3
Check this rule against the numbers in your table. It should work for all x values now.
