t+d+h=175......eq 1
t=3d...........eq 2
d=2h...........eq 3
:
lets re write eq 3 as h=d/2......now take the revised value of h and t's value in eq 2 and plug them into eq 1
:
3d+d+(d/2)=175......multiply all terms by 2
:
6d+2d+d=350

9d=350
