equation is given as:

first term that looks like it can be simplified is (2x^2-3x+1)
this simplifies to (2x-1)*(x-1)
equation becomes

since 4*3 = 12, equation becomes

since (3x+2)^4 = (3x+2)^3*(3x+2), the equation can be further simplified as follows:
