Find the time first:

Let t = time required to fly to St.P
then
(t-1) = time to return
:
The distance to and from are equal; write a distance equation: Dist = speed*time
:
To dist = return dist
:
200t = 250(t-1)
200t = 250t - 250
+250 = 250t - 200t
t =
t = 5 hrs to make the trip
and
5 - 1 = 4 hrs to make the return trip

or
