Let x = minutes of usage when both plans are equal in cost
.
Plan A costs (per month): 11+.12x
Plan B costs (per month): 20+.10x
.
11+.12x = 20+.10x
11+.02x = 20
.02x = 9
x = 9/.02
x = 450 minutes
