The first thing you'd like to do is eliminate the i's from the bottom (denominator). Do this by multiplying numerator and denominator by (-4-3i).

(2+3i) (-4-3i)
------ * -------
(-4+3i) (-4-3i)
.
using "FOIL" multiply out the numerator and denominator to get:
(-8-6i-12i+9)
-------------
(16+12i-12i+9)
.
combining like-terms we get:
(-8-18i+9)
-------------
(16+9)
.
(1-18i)
-------
25
.
Now, the problem asked you to put it in a+bi form:
1/25(1-18i) = (1/25) - (18/25)i
