4a-3ab=8b+5
8b+3ab = 4a-5
b(8+3a) = 4a-5
b = (4a-5)/(8+3a)

Clear of fractions:
Multiply both sides by }:



Cancel:



Multiply the left side out (distribute):



Isolate all terms in b on one side.  Choose
the right side to  isolate them on since all terms 
in b will then be positive:



Factor out b on the right side:



Divide both sides by 



Cancel on the right:





That's it unless you want to switch sides of the
equal sign:
