10.5x+%2B+45.2+=+3.2 Subtract 45.2 from both sides.
10.5x+=+-+42 Divide both sides by 10.5
x+=+-4
Check: Substitute -4 for x in the original equation.
2.1%28-4%29+%2B+45.2+=+3.2+-+8.4%28-4%29
-8.4+%2B+45.2+=+3.2+%2B+33.6
