To convert a decimal to a fraction is all you do is but that decimal over 100; or 1000 depending on the numbers after the decimal.
example:
.25; 2 numbers after decimal, so you would put 25 over 100;
, and then you simplify the fraction =
.375; 3 numbers after the decimal, so you would put 375 over 1000;
, and then simplify the fraction; you should end up with
