(7-8x)/28x = 1/2x+2
28x = (7-8x)(2(x+1))
14x = (7-8x)(x+1)
-8x^2-x+7 = 14x
x^2+15x-7 = 0
x = [-15 +- sqrt(225-4*-7)]/2
x = [-15 +- sqrt(253)]/2
