divide each side by 3 resulting in

I don't see what you're doing
If it's an inequality, that's what you have to end up
with, not something with an = sign.
Whatever you do to one side of the inequality,
you have to do to the other side
subtract from both sides
divide both sides by 3
This is what you have to graph
The solution is everything above the line
