NUMBERS 1 TO 9 MAKE UP 9/12 OF THE TOTAL AREA THEREFORE 9/12=.75 OR COVER 75 % OF THE CHANCES.
100*.75=75 CHANCES OUT OF 100 SHOULD BE EXPECTED TO LAND ON A NUMBER<10.
