(C)  The limit of the function  g(x)  from the left at  x ---> -1  is  -6.      ANSWER



     The limit from the right of the function  g(x)  at x ---> -1  is
   
     the value of the function  (x^2 -3)  at x= -1  (-1)^2 - 3 = 1 - 3 = -2.    ANSWER
