sample containers. Mary decides she will try to use only these sample containers to paint the
entryway! Each sample container can cover 7.5 𝒇𝒕𝟐
. The entryway measures 7.8 feet by 5.9 feet.
Not considering any doorways, exactly how many sample jars would be needed for this task?

The problem's description is very pathetic, but the problem itself is EXTREMELY SIMPLE.

It can be easily solved in three straightforward steps.

Step 1. Find the area to be painted in square feet by multiplying the given dimensions.

STEP 2. Estimate the number of necessary cans by dividing the area to be painted by the constant value of 7.5 ft^2.

STEP 3. If the quotient is an integer number, it is just your answer.

If, in opposite, the quotient is not an integer number, then round the quotient to the closest larger integer value.

             It will be your answer.
