Question 1163210: hey, can you resolve this for me, please
1-tan^2x/tanx+1

Answer by Theo(13342)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1 - tan^2x = (1 - tanx) * (1 + tanx)
therefore 1-tan^2x/tanx+1 = (1 - tanx) * (1 + tanx) / (1 + tanx) = 1 - tanx
