I ran into another problem I am not sure of. Would this be 3 and 15? :} Maybe?

Q1 is 6
Q3 is 14

Why?
Q1 is the 25%ile
There are 10 data elements
25% of 10 is 2.5 ; round up to 3
So the 3rd element in the sorted list of elements is Q1
The elements listed from least to greatest looks like this:
2,3,6,6,6,11,13,14,15,17
Therefore Q1 is 6
------------
How about Q3?
Q3 is the 75%ile
75% of 10 is 7.5
So, Q3 is the 8th element or 14.
