Taking what you posted at face value, that is 6/7w-3, and setting w=21 you should get (6/7)*21 - 3 = 18 - 3 =

Now, it is possible you intended something else, but 6/7w-3 = (6/7)*w - 3 so if you did, you must use parenthesis to indicate that. Remember PEMDAS.
[ Also 6/126 is not 21, it is 1/21 ]
