Your question doesn't make a whole lot of sense. In the first place the phrase "at least" implies an inequality, NOT an equation. In the second place, where did the 76 come from? And where did the divisor of 2 come from? Did you leave out some of the problem parameters and just expect us to guess what you meant? Sorry, but under the circumstances, I can't help you.
