Answer by checkley71(8403)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
IF THIS IS A LINE EQUATION [Y=mX+b] THEN:
3X+4=6Y+2
6Y=3X-2+4
6Y=3X+2
Y=3X/6+2/6
Y=X/2+1/3 THIS IS A LINE WITH A SLOPE(m)=1/2 & A Y INTERCEPT (b)=1/3
(graph 300x200 pixels, x from -6 to 5, y from -10 to 10, y = x/2 +1/3).
