Not all cans of soda contain the same net contents. Usually a can will hold 12 fluid ounces but these days there are other sizes, too.

Assuming each can in any "packs" is the same net contents:

The 13-pack for $4.16 gives the better money per can deal. The better buy.
Thirty-two cents per can is lower price than thirty-six cents per can.
