Question 1106526: What is the graph of y=(1/3)^x
What can you determine about the domain and range from the result of this graph?
Answer by Theo(13342) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
as x gets more and more positive, the value of y will get closer and closer to 0, but will always be greater than 0.
as x gets more and more negative, the value of y will get more and more positive.
so, .......
your domain is all real values of x.
your range is all real positive values of y.
here's a graph of y = (1/3)^x
