f ' (x)=3x^2-6x+1 ... first derivative
f '' (x)=6x-6 ... second derivative
Solving f '' (x) = 0 leads to
6x-6 = 0
6x = 6
x = 1
The possible inflection point is at x = 1. We need to see if the second derivative changes sign as it passes through x = 1
Plug in an x value to the left of x = 1. Say x = 0
f '' (x)=6x-6
f '' (0)=6(0)-6
f '' (0)=-6 ... note how the result is negative
Now plug in a value to the right of x = 1. Say x = 2
f '' (x)=6x-6
f '' (2)=6(2)-6
