Question 1103408: Write an equation in standard form that has a slope of 0 and goes through the
point (5,2)
Thank you
Answer by algebrahouse.com(1659) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
A line with a slope of zero is a horizontal line.
A horizontal line passing through the point (5,2)
would be y = 2. Each y-coordinate has a value of 2, no matter the x-coordinate.
Slope is rise/run. In the line y = 2, there is no rise, only run.
y = 2
