Let b be the number of books Bryan reads each month. Then Amanda is 2b; and Colin is 3b-4. Then:
4(2b)=5/8(4)(b+3b-4)
64b=80b-80
16b=80
b=5
Bryan reads 5 books a month; Amanda reads 10: and Colin reads 11
