If the width of the rectangle is x, then its' length is 2x+59. And the diagonal across the 2 lines is 2x+61. So:
x²+(2x+59)²=(2x+61)²
x²+4x²+236x+3481=4x²+244x+3721
x²-8x-240=0
(x+12)(x-20)=0
x=20 or -12
The sides are 20 and 99 inches in length.
