rewrite as y=x+1. This is in slope intercept form with slope=1
use point slope formula with y-y1=m(x-x1) where m is slope and (x1,y1) point.
Perpendicular lines have a negative reciprocal slope, so the slope of the line desired is -1
y-3=-1(x-3)
y-3=-x+3
y=-x+6
