Please help me solve this question : = 3-4x, 3-4x > 0.

1.  Square both sides to get

    24 - 10x = 

    24 - 10x = 

     = 0

    (8x + 5)*(2x - 3) = 0

    The roots are x =  and x = .

    With  x =   the expression  (24-10x)  under the square root is negative and therefore does not work.

    The only working solution is  x = .
