(3x/(x+7)(x-7))+3x/(x-7)=
This needs to be put over a common denominator, which could be (x^2-49)(7-x), but if we multiply the second term by -1/-1, it become -(instead of +)3x/(x-7)
Now the expression is
3x/(x^2-49)-3x/(x-7)
This can be put over a common denominator of x^2-49, which is (x+7)(x-7)
Therefore the answer is 3x/(x2-49)-3x(x+7)/(x-7)(x+7)
This is 1/(x^2-49){3x-3x^2-21x)
=-3x^2-18x/(x^2-49), or -3x(x+6)/x^2-49)
