HINT.

Multiply the first  equation by  2 (both sides); 
Multiply the second equation by  3 (both sides); 


then distract the second from the first.


In this way you will eliminate the terms with  and reduce the system to one single equation for "y".


Solve it for "y" and then restore "x".
