(x^2+2xy+y^2)+(x+y)-6

Answer by addingup(3677)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(x^2+2xy+y^2)+(x+y)-6
(x+y)^2+x+y-6
The relevant factors of -6 are 3 and -2:
(x+y)^2+1
(x+y)-6 = ((x+y)+3)((x+y)-2)
= (x+y+3)(x+y-2)
