This is kind of hard because of the way it is setup:
9-m=8 1st step subtract nine from each side
-m=-1 2nd step WHEN YOU HAVE A NEGATIVE VARIABLE CHANGE THE SIGN ALL THE WAY ACROSS so the answer become m=1
