Question 1058915: Convert the rectangular equation 4(x^2)y=1
I tried using the equation (0=feta)
x=rcos(0)
y=rsin(0)
to re write the equation as (rcos(0))*(rsin(0))=1/(4rcos(0))
after solving this I got
r=1/4*sin(0)
this did not graph the same, so I don't know where I went wrong

Convert the rectangular equation 4(x^2)y=1
I tried using the equation (0=feta)
x=rcos(0)
y=rsin(0)
to re write the equation as (rcos(0))*(rsin(0))=1/(4rcos(0))

after solving this I got
r=1/4*sin(0) <<<--- Your error is right here.

this did not graph the same, so I don't know where I went wrong

It should be = .
