Question 1056467: The current I in an electrical conductor varies inversely as the resistance R of the conductor. The current is 4 amperes when the resistance is 980 ohms. What is the current when the resistance is 570 ohms?
Answer by Boreal(15235) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I=k/R
4=k/980
k=3920
I=3920/570
I=6.88 amps, and that is consistent with more current with less R.
