Value Eq::: 5f + 3t = 27 dollars

Modify for elimination::
5f + 5t = 5*7
5f + 3t = 27
---------
Subtract and solve for "t"::
2t = 8
t = 4 (# of $3 bags)
f = 7-4 = 3 (# of $5 bags)
