Divide Rs. 300 between Hena and Rina such that
Rina gets Rs. 100 less than 3 times of what
Henna gets.


Let what Hena gets = Rs. x

Then Rina gets Rs. 3x-100



x + 3x-100 = 300
    4x-100 = 300
        4x = 400
         x = 100

Hena gets Rs. x = Rs. 100
Then Rina gets Rs. 3x-100 = 3(100)-100 = 300-100 = Rs. 200
