From the given, y = 1-x. ==> <==> <==> (2x+1)(x-2) = 0 ==> x = -1/2, 2.
When x = -1/2, y = 1--1/2 = 3/2.
When x = 2, y = 1-2 = -1.
Therefore the solutions to the system are (-1/2, 3/2) and (2,-1).
