Hi there,
An Apple has 5 mg of vitamin C.
Apple = 5 mg Vit C
A banana has 2 mg more than twice
the amount of vitamin C as the apple.
Banana = 2 = 2(5)
Banana = 12 mg Vit C
An orange has 3.5 times as much
vitamin C as the banana,
3.5 x 12
Orange = 42 mg Vit C
Hope this helps :-)
