I will assume that g(x) =
(a) g(0) = = 2 ==> f(2) = 4*2 - 9 = -1 ==> f(g(0)) = -1.
(b) f(0) = = -9 ==> g(-9) = = 2 - 81 = -79 ==> g(f(0)) = -79
