Answer by Alan3354(69443)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
5w^2-4w=-2 3/5
5w^2-4w = -13/5
Divide by 5
w^2 - (4/5)w = -13/25
---
c = (-2/5)^2 = 4/25
Add c
w^2 - 4w/5 + 4/25 = -9/25
(w - 2/5)^2 = -1*(3/5)^2

----
w = 2/5 + 3i/5
w = 2/5 - 3i/5
