(b) Prove that one of any m consecutive integers must be divisible by m.

Q: The letters A-J represent each of the digits 0 to 9 so that ABC -d -e -f - g -h - i - j = 100. What is the 3 digit number ABC?

Question 154925: Hope I am in the right place. My grandson is stumped. The book is from Holt, Rinehart, Winston. Sorry do not have ISBN. School copies pages.
Question is this: The quotient of 12 and the sum of 8 and 3 written as an algebraic expression. We came up with 8+3 over 12.
