I come up with 27,28.

I let the numbers be x and x+1.
EQUATION:
x(x+1) > 200
Look at x^2+x-200=0
Using the quadratic formula x is around 28.
27*28 is greater than 200 and
28 has 7 as a factor so the LCM would be a multiple of 7
