not sure if there's an easy way to do this.
let's see if there is.
18 * 11 = 198 so the smallest multiple of 11 will be equal to 19 * 11 = 209.
46 * 11 = 506 so the largest multiple of 11 will be equal to 45 * 11 = 495.
45 - 19 = 26 + 1 = 27
i believe your answer will be 27.
you go from 19 to 45 inclusive.
45 - 19 gets you 26 but you have to add 1 to include the 19 so you get 27.
your answer is 27.
