(7x-3y)(7x-3y) is correct except there is one more step.
Since both factors are the same, you can write that simpler as
(7x-3y)²

if the expression is written correctly, it is not factorable

if it is this "49x^2-42xy+9y^2"' then your factors are correct

if it is this "49x^2-42xb+9b^2"' then the factors are ___ (7x-3b)(7x-3b)
