450 ends in 0, and all integers ending in 0 are divisible by 2, 5 and 10

The sum of the digits of 450 is 4+5+0=9, and if the sum of the
digits of an integer is 9 or any multiple of 9, then the integer is 
divisible by 9.

So the answer is yes.
