Just list all the multiples of 6 and take off any numbers that are multiples of 10. So here are all the numbers from 1 to 200 that are are divisible by 6 and not by 10:
6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 42, 48, 54, 66, 72, 78, 84, 96, 102, 108, 114, 126, 132, 138, 144, 156, 162, 168, 174, 186, 192, 198
There are 27 numbers here.
