Example:
5/3 / 1/2
is the same as
5/3 * 2/1
I have been thinking about this for days and I have immense trouble comprehending it. I just don't understand the logic.

(5/3)/(1/2)
Multiply NUM and DEN by 2
--> (5/3)*2/1
= 10/3
-----------
(a/b)/(c/d)
Multiply NUM and DEN by d
--> (a/b)*d/c = (a/b)*(d/c)
