Your question doesn't make sense.
Do you mean prime FACTORS of those numbers? If so, just factor each number until you have all primes:
For example:
9 = 3*3
16 = 2*8 = 2*2*4 = 2*2*2*2 (showing all the steps)
12 = 2*6 = 2*2*3
