I say its $26.00.. but she says its "26" .. can you tell me which answer is right? Also would 38.872 + 25.913 = 65 or 65.000 Thanks Vikki

Question 101037: What is the best method of turning a fraction with a decimal into a fraction that makes sense? My fraction is 10/256.21? I think I remember moving the decimal over two places to the right and then adding two zeros to the 10?
