if a 150 lb person burns 222 calories in a 30 minute work out they're aproximate intesity level is .0493334 multiply that by 30 minutes multiplied by by 150 lbs.
the equation should look like this:
.0493334 * 30 min * 150lbs = 222 calories burned
a 185 lbs person is doing the same work out at the same intensity level for the same ammount of time. the eqaution should look like this:
.0493334 * 30 min * 185 lbs = 274 calories burned
